Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TransitMY ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Service Description

TransitMY is a mobile application that provides:

  • Real-time and scheduled transit information for Malaysian public transportation
  • Bus and train arrival times based on official government data
  • Route planning and navigation assistance
  • Optional premium features available via in-app purchase

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Transit data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party systems. The developer:

  • Does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of transit information
  • Is not responsible for errors in schedules or arrival times
  • Cannot guarantee real-time data reflects actual positions
  • Does not control transit operations or delays

Always verify critical travel plans through official transit operators.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

  • Missed connections, delays, or travel disruptions
  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
  • Third-party service outages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Purchases and Refunds

Payment Processing

  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
  • We do not receive or store payment information

Refund Policy

Service Availability

The developer does not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted access to the App
  • Error-free operation
  • Real-time tracking for all routes

The developer reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Update the App for improvements
  • Change pricing for premium features

User Responsibilities

When using TransitMY, you agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the App while operating a vehicle
  • Verify important travel information independently
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design and features, is the property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. Transit data is sourced from government open data and is subject to respective provider terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
